Private tea parties are $45 per person (plus tax)
You Choose the Backdrop:
Private tea parties can be hosted in one of three unique locations across our property: inside the elegant main rooms of our Victorian mansion, poolside in our Oasis area, or in our gardens. Each setting offers its own charming atmosphere, creating a relaxed and memorable backdrop for your celebration.
All Private Tea Parties Include:
Unlimited cups of our 9 unique in-house curated teas
A traditional three-tiered tea service featuring baked treats and savory bites
You customize your menu, choosing from our list of seasonal sandwiches, scone flavor, and desserts to be served during the event.
We are happy to accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian options.
Tiers Choices Include:
Bottom Tier: Choice of 3 savory bites or tea sandwiches such as cucumber, egg salad, quiche bites, or salmon crostini to name a few.
Middle Tier: Freshly baked scone with lemon or strawberry lemon curd and a maple cream & berry croissant
Top Tier: Choice of 2 sweet treats along with a chocolate truffle for each guest. Options typically include macarons, tea cookies and other petite desserts
We love a good theme and are always up to curate a menu tailored to your special event. Let us know how we can help.

Tiered favor display easel (perfect for party favors)
Space for gift opening
On-site staff to serve tea and food and assist throughout the event
Personalized booking/ticketing link if attendees are paying individually- No need to collect money from your group!
Other Details
Events typically last approximately two hours, allowing time for tea service, socializing, games, and gift opening.
Minimum age for private tea is 5 years old.
Private Tea Events require a minimum of 12 guests or $525 flat rate for parties under 12 guests.

Personalized Signature Tea Blend
We will create a one-of-a-kind tea just for your event! Choose up to three flavor profiles and your preferred tea base, and we’ll craft a custom tea blend named for your occasion. Includes enough tea to serve during your event plus a 3 oz specially labeled package for you to take. - $50
Mimosa or Champagne Toast Mixers
You bring the Champagne; we'll provide mixers and create a specialty beverage to toast. We can also set up a mimosa cart, if that is your preference. - $3 Per Person
Poolside Swim Option
If you choose to host your event poolside, optional swim or pool time may be added for $85 per hour for the entire group. This includes pool towels, floats, and access to the poolside restroom.
